"Culture outperforms strategy every time…culture with strategy is unbeatable." If you are interested in having Quint speak to your organization please contact us. |
Quint is currently CEO of Studer Group, an outcomes company
that implements evidence-based leadership systems that help clients attain and sustain
outstanding results. Its clients—more than 500 hospitals and organizations—serve
as a “national learning lab” from which best practices are harvested.
These are tested in other organizations, refined, and shared with all organizations
through peer-reviewed journal articles, Studer Group publications, and products
designed to accelerate change.
Quint has won numerous awards for his accomplishments over the years and has the
distinction of being the first and only healthcare professional to win the March
1999, Inc. Magazine’s Master of Business award. He was named
one of the “Top 100 Most Powerful People in Healthcare” by Modern Healthcare
magazine for his work on institutional healthcare improvement.
He is a nationally recognized speaker and a published author. His first book,
Hardwiring Excellence, was an instant hit with health care organizations.
Currently, nearly 300,000 copies are in use nationwide. His new book, Results
That Last was published by John Wiley & Sons in Fall 2007. Written
for a general business audience, the book teaches corporations in every industry
how to develop standardized leadership practices that ensure success will last longer
than individual leaders. The book has been very well received, making the Amazon
and Barnes and Noble bestseller lists prior to its release.
Quint is the owner of a minor league baseball team, the Pensacola Pelicans.
He and his wife Rishy are known to support a number of causes both nation wide and
in their own community with a special focus on disadvantaged children.
Those that hear Quint speak say his mix of infectious humor and gift for story telling
result in unmatched motivation. They walk away with the tools, techniques and passion
to make a difference in your work place, in your community, and at home. |
